"Got exactly what I paid for"
My order came just the way I asked for it, even with the extra sauce and no onions. The pizza was still hot when it showed up, and nothing was missing, which I really appreciate. Prices aren’t exactly cheap these days, so when I’m spending money on delivery, I just want it done right. This was, so 5 stars from me.

I swear the deep dish crust is the main reason I keep ordering from Jet's It's crispy around the edges, soft in the middle, and always tastes fresh instead of soggy it's my favorite part

"Consistently just okay"
I’ve tried it a few times now and it’s usually pretty much the same each time, but it’s just okay. Nothing really stands out, and for what I paid I expected a bit more. I’d appreciate some kind of credit or compensation because the experience hasn’t really matched the value.

I’ve ordered from jetspizza.com a few times now, the sauce is the thing I keep thinking about after. It has this really nice sweet-and-tangy flavor that actually stands out without being too heavy or overpowering. I also like that they don’t skimp on it, but it’s never so much that the pizza gets messy or soggy. It works really well with the crust, especially around the edges where you get that crispy bite with a little bit of sauce. Easy 5 stars from me because that sauce just hits every time.

"Really nice customer service"
There was a small mix-up with my order, but the guy I talked to on the phone fixed it right away. He was, uh, really nice about the whole thing too, no attitude or anything. The pizza ended up being good, and it felt like they cared. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Really fresh pizza, honestly"
Got Jets Pizza last night and I don’t know, it just really hit the spot. The crust was soft in that fresh-made way, not tough or dried out, and the veggies actually tasted like they hadn’t been sitting around forever, which I always notice. Cheese was still hot when it showed up too, so that was a nice bonus. It was a simple order, nothing fancy, but everything tasted fresh and even the leftovers the next day were still good. Definitely happy with it

"Got here quicker than I expected"

"Order problem got fixed quick"
My delivery order was messed up, and I was annoyed about it. I reached out to them, and without any arguing they just made it right, which I appreciated. The remake pizza was really good too, so in the end, happy I was

"Good pizza, but not quite hot enough"
The pizza itself tasted good, so I’d probably still order it again if I wasn’t in a rush. That said, it arrived barely warm, and I had to throw it in the oven for a few minutes before eating, which was kind of annoying. Not a terrible experience by any means, but when I’m ordering delivery, I do expect it to show up hotter than that

I check the coupons often. Sometimes they work, sometimes they just don’t show up for my store. A little annoying, honestly. Like, I’ll think I found a good deal, then nope. Would be nice if they had better offers more regularly.

"So many choices"
I stopped in the other day—or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember, but I was surprised by how many options they had. There were tons of pizza styles, sides, and toppings, so it was easy to find something I was in the mood for. I always seem to end up with something good here.

The staff at Jets Pizza were super nice and easy to talk to. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and still had a great attitude even though it was busy. My order was taken care of quickly, and they made the whole visit feel simple and stress-free. Definitely 5 stars for the friendly service...

"Fresh toppings, but I wish I’d ordered more"
I ordered from Jets Pizza last night, the toppings were what stood out the most. The pepperoni had that nice little crisp to it, the mushrooms actually tasted fresh, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the cheese or veggies.
I got the deep dish with extra onions and green peppers, and everything was spread out really evenly. Nothing got soggy or slid off, which I appreciated. My only regret is not getting a bigger size because it was gone way too fast.

"Clean spot and a solid visit"
I stopped in for a pickup order and was happy to see the place looking clean and well kept. The counters looked like they had been wiped down, and the floor wasn’t messy at all. The staff was moving quickly, so it wasn’t absolutely spotless, but overall it felt nice, organized, and easy to pop in and out.
